หมวด ๒/๑ อนุญาโตตุลาการซึ่งเป็นคนต่างด้าว

ภายใต้บังคับกฎหมายว่าด้วยคนเข้าเมือง ให้อนุญาโตตุลาการซึ่งได้รับหนังสือรับรองตามมาตรา ๒๓/๓ แล้ว มีสิทธิได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้ามาและอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดในหนังสือรับรอง แต่ไม่เกินระยะเวลาตามที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎหมายว่าด้วยคนเข้าเมือง
