หมวด ๒ การจัดตั้งสมาคมฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์

วันเวลาเปิดทำการสำนักงานตามมาตรา ๑๓ (๓) ต้องไม่น้อยกว่าห้าวันในหนึ่งสัปดาห์ และวันหนึ่งต้องไม่น้อยกว่าสามชั่วโมง และให้สมาคมฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์ปิดประกาศวันและเวลาเปิดทำการไว้ที่สำนักงาน
