นับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่าการฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์ของส่วนราชการ องค์การของรัฐ หรือรัฐวิสาหกิจที่ขึ้นทะเบียนตามพระราชบัญญัติการฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๗ เป็นการฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์ของส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานของรัฐ และรัฐวิสาหกิจที่ขึ้นทะเบียนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
