บทเฉพาะกาล

ให้บรรดากฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ประกาศ หรือคำสั่งที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติการฌาปนกิจสงเคราะห์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๗ คงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ประกาศหรือคำสั่งออกมาใช้บังคับแทนภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
