ในการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นครั้งแรกตามมาตรา ๘ ให้เลือกตั้งกรรมการเพิ่มขึ้นจากจำนวนกรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๖ อีกสองคน รวมเป็นเก้าคน และเมื่อที่ประชุมสามัญประจำปีเห็นสมควรจะเลือกตั้งกรรมการเพิ่มขึ้นอีกไม่เกินสองคนก็ได้
