หมวด ๔ ผู้จัดการ

ผู้จัดการต้องปฏิบัติงานเต็มเวลาให้แก่ธนาคาร ไม่เป็นเจ้าของหรือผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่หรือผู้บริหารหรือผู้มีอำนาจในการจัดการในกิจการอื่นที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวเนื่องกับธนาคาร และไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๒๒
