หมวด ๕ คณะที่ปรึกษาธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย

ให้คณะกรรมการแต่งตั้งคณะที่ปรึกษาขึ้นคณะหนึ่งเรียกว่า “คณะที่ปรึกษาธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย” ประกอบด้วย ประธานที่ปรึกษา และที่ปรึกษาอื่นอีกไม่เกินสี่คน มีอำนาจหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาและให้คำแนะนำแก่คณะกรรมการเกี่ยวกับหลักการของศาสนาอิสลามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของธนาคาร เพื่อให้การประกอบธุรกิจของธนาคารไม่ขัดต่อหลักการของศาสนาอิสลาม
