หมวด ๗ การสอบบัญชีและรายงาน

ให้ธนาคารรายงานกิจการประจำปี งบดุล บัญชีกำไรขาดทุน ซึ่งผู้สอบบัญชีได้รับรองแล้วต่อรัฐมนตรี เพื่อทราบภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชีแต่ละปีและให้เปิดเผยต่อสาธารณชนด้วย
