หมวด ๓ สิทธิและหน้าที่ของ บริษัทข้อมูลเครดิต สมาชิกและผู้ใช้บริการ
(๑) บริษัทข้อมูลเครดิตผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล สมาชิก หรือผู้ใช้บริการ
(๒) ผู้ซึ่งรู้ข้อมูลจากการทำงานหรือปฏิบัติหน้าที่ใน(๑)
(๓) ผู้ซึ่งรู้ข้อมูลจากบุคคลตาม(๑) หรือ (๒)
