หมวด ๕ การกำกับดูแลบริษัทข้อมูลเครดิต

คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจสั่งให้บุคคลหนึ่งบุคคลใดส่งเอกสารหรือข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องที่มีผู้ร้องทุกข์หรือเรื่องอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลของเจ้าของข้อมูลมาพิจารณาได้ ในการนี้ จะเรียกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาชี้แจงด้วยก็ได้
