บทเฉพาะกาล

ผู้ใดประกอบธุรกิจข้อมูลเครดิตหรือกิจการอื่นในลักษณะทำนองเดียวกันอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้บังคับ ให้ยื่นคำขอตามมาตรา ๖ ภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ในระหว่างการพิจารณาคำขอให้ผู้นั้นประกอบธุรกิจต่อไปได้จนกว่ารัฐมนตรีจะมีคำสั่งเป็นอย่างอื่น
