หมวด ๗ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวแก่บุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้อง บัตรประจำตัวพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด โดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้บุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องอำนวยความสะดวกตามสมควร
