ให้กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพบรรษัทเงินทุนอุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อมซึ่งจดทะเบียนแล้วที่จัดตั้งตามพระราชบัญญัติกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๐ ยังคงอยู่ต่อไป โดยให้ธนาคารที่จัดตั้งขึ้นตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้มีฐานะเป็นนายจ้าง
