(๑) คำขอความเห็นชอบเพื่อกำหนดหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงปริมาณการค้าประจำปี ให้ใช้แบบ นพ. ๓๐๑ (๒) การยื่นขอกำหนดหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงปริมาณการค้าประจำปี ให้ใช้แบบ นพ. ๓๐๒ (๓) รายละเอียดแผนการซื้อหรือได้มาในราชอาณาจักร ให้ใช้แบบ นพ. ๓๐๒ (๑)
(๔) รายละเอียดแผนการจำหน่ายน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงที่ได้จากแผนการจัดหา ให้ใช้แบบ นพ. ๓๐๒ (๒)
