เนื้อความคำพิพากษา

ปัญหาในคดีนี้มีว่า ศาลากลางจังหวัดที่เก็บเงินของรัฐบาลนั้น เปนเคหะสถานหรือไม่ ฎีกาตัดสินว่า ไม่เปนเคหะสถาน เพราะศาลากลางเปนแต่ที่รัฐบาลใช้ทำกิจฉะเพาะระหว่างเวลาทำงาน มิใช่สถานที่อันบุคคลตั้งใจจะใช้เปนที่อยู่อาศัยหรือหลับนอนตามปรกติ
