หมวด ๑ ความรับผิดกรณีเรือโดนกัน

กรณีเรือโดนกันเนื่องจากความผิดของผู้นำร่อง เรือลำที่ผิดจะปฏิเสธความรับผิดต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นมิได้ และให้นำบทบัญญัติเกี่ยวกับความรับผิดกรณีเรือโดนกันตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้มาใช้บังคับแก่กรณีดังกล่าว
