(๑) ขอทานหรือกระทำการส่อไปในทางขอทาน โดยลำพังหรือโดยมีผู้บังคับ ชักนำ ยุยง หรือส่งเสริม หรือ (๒) ประกอบอาชีพหรือกระทำการใดอันเป็นการแสวงหาประโยชน์โดยมิชอบด้วยกฎหมายหรือขัดต่อศีลธรรมอันดี
