Section 6 พระราชบัญญัติการบริหารส่วนงานภายในของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2550

ในกรณีที่กฎหมายว่าด้วยการจัดตั้งสถาบันอุดมศึกษากำหนดให้หัวหน้าส่วนราชการมีสิทธิหรือหน้าที่อย่างใด ให้หัวหน้าส่วนงานภายในมีสิทธิและหน้าที่เช่นเดียวกัน เว้นแต่ข้อบังคับของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่ออกตามมาตรา ๕ จะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
