ส่วนที่ ๔ กองทุน

เงินกองทุนที่ได้รับตามมาตรา ๔๙ วรรคสอง (๔) ถ้าโรงเรียนในระบบที่ส่งเงินนั้นเลิกกิจการ เมื่อได้หักหนี้สินที่โรงเรียนในระบบดังกล่าวค้างชำระกองทุนแล้วให้คืนให้แก่โรงเรียนในระบบนั้น
