ส่วนที่ ๔ กองทุน

ในกรณีมีความจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนในระบบมีสิทธิขอกู้ยืมเงินจากกองทุนได้ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด ในการอนุมัติให้โรงเรียนในระบบกู้ยืมเงินจากกองทุน คณะกรรมการจะอนุมัติให้ไม่ต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยและไม่ต้องมีหลักประกันในส่วนเงินกู้ยืมที่ไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่โรงเรียนในระบบได้ส่งเข้ากองทุนแล้วก็ได้
