หมวด ๓ สิทธิ หน้าที่ และความรับผิดของทรัสตี

ห้ามทรัสตีนำหนี้ที่ตนเป็นลูกหนี้บุคคลภายนอกอันมิได้เกิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นทรัสตีไปหักกลบลบหนี้กับหนี้ที่บุคคลภายนอกเป็นลูกหนี้ทรัสตีอันสืบเนื่องมาจากการจัดการกองทรัสต์ ในกรณีที่มีการฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้การกระทำเช่นนั้นเป็นโมฆะ
