หมวด ๓ สิทธิ หน้าที่ และความรับผิดของทรัสตี

ในกรณีที่ทรัสตีเข้าทำนิติกรรมหรือทำธุรกรรมต่าง ๆ กับบุคคลภายนอกให้ทรัสตีแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้บุคคลภายนอกทราบว่าเป็นการกระทำในฐานะทรัสตี และต้องระบุในเอกสารหลักฐานของนิติกรรมหรือธุรกรรมนั้นให้ชัดแจ้งว่าเป็นการกระทำในฐานะทรัสตี
