หมวด ๔ การสำรวจการประกันสังคม
(๑) วัตถุประสงค์ในการสำรวจ
(๒) เจ้าหน้าที่หรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ที่จะทำการสำรวจ
(๓) กำหนดเวลาการใช้บังคับพระราชกฤษฎีกาซึ่งจะต้องไม่เกินสองปี
