หมวด ๕ กองทุนเพื่อการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์
(๑) การช่วยเหลือผู้เสียหายตามมาตรา ๓๓ (๒) การคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยให้แก่ผู้เสียหายตามมาตรา ๓๖ (๓) การช่วยเหลือผู้เสียหายในต่างประเทศให้เดินทางกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรหรือถิ่นที่อยู่ตามมาตรา ๓๙ (๔) การป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ ตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการ ปกค. กำหนด
