หมวด ๕ กองทุนเพื่อการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์
(๑) พิจารณาอนุมัติการจ่ายเงินตามที่กำหนดไว้ในมาตรา ๔๔ (๒) บริหารกองทุนให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
(๓) รายงานสถานะการเงินและการจัดการกองทุนต่อคณะกรรมการตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
