หมวด ๒ สิทธิผู้ป่วย
(๑) ให้แก้ไขข้อความหรือวิธีการในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล
(๒) ห้ามการใช้ข้อความบางอย่างที่ปรากฏในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล
(๓) ระงับการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลหรือห้ามใช้วิธีการนั้นในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล
(๔) ให้เผยแพร่ข้อมูลเพื่อแก้ไขความเข้าใจผิดของผู้อื่นที่อาจเกิดขึ้น การออกคำสั่งตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้อธิบดีปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด
