หมวด ๒ สิทธิผู้ป่วย

การบำบัดรักษาโดยการผูกมัดร่างกาย การกักบริเวณ หรือแยกผู้ป่วยจะกระทำไม่ได้ เว้นแต่เป็นความจำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดอันตรายต่อผู้ป่วยเอง บุคคลอื่น หรือทรัพย์สินของผู้อื่นโดยต้องอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดของผู้บำบัดรักษาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ
