หมวด ๑๒ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้โฆษณาผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้อนุญาตตามมาตรา ๖๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และปรับเป็นรายวันอีกวันละหนึ่งพันบาทจนกว่าจะได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
