หมวด ๗ การโฆษณา
(๑) แก้ไขข้อความหรือวิธีการในการโฆษณา
(๒) ห้ามการใช้ข้อความหรือวิธีการบางอย่างที่ปรากฏในการโฆษณา
(๓) ระงับการโฆษณานั้น คำสั่งตามวรรคหนึ่ง ผู้อนุญาตจะสั่งให้โฆษณาเผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องด้วยก็ได้
