การกำหนดข้อความของฉลากตามมาตรา ๓๐ ต้องไม่เป็นการบังคับให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจต้องเปิดเผยความลับทางการผลิต เว้นแต่ข้อความดังกล่าวจะเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นที่เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค
