ส่วนที่ ๒ การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในด้านฉลาก

เมื่อคณะกรรมการว่าด้วยฉลากเห็นว่าฉลากใดไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรา ๓๑ คณะกรรมการว่าด้วยฉลากมีอำนาจสั่งให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจเลิกใช้ฉลากดังกล่าวหรือดำเนินการแก้ไขฉลากนั้นให้ถูกต้อง
