ลักษณะ ๑๒ รถแท็กซี่

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ขับรถแท็กซี่รับบรรทุกคนโดยสารเกินจำนวนที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาตตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยรถยนต์ ในการนับจำนวนคนโดยสารให้ถือว่าเด็กอายุไม่เกินสิบปีจำนวนสองคนเท่ากับคนโดยสารหนึ่งคน
