Section 95 พระราชบัญญัติจราจรทางบก พ.ศ. 2522
ลักษณะ ๑๒ รถแท็กซี่
(๑) เรียกให้คนขึ้นรถแท็กซี่โดยส่งเสียงอื้ออึงหรือในลักษณะที่ก่อความรำคาญให้แก่คนโดยสารหรือผู้อื่น
(๒) ต้อน ดึง เหนี่ยว หรือยึดยื้อคนหรือสิ่งของของคนนั้น เพื่อให้คนขึ้นรถแท็กซี่คันใดคันหนึ่ง
