เจ้าของหรือผู้ดำเนินกิจการสถานประกอบการผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งตามมาตรา ๕๗ ต้องระวางโทษปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนบาท
