ลักษณะ ๙ บทกำหนดโทษสำหรับความผิดต่อเลขาธิการ ป.ป.ส. รองเลขาธิการ ป.ป.ส. เจ้าพนักงาน ป.ป.ส. และพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

ผู้รับอนุญาตหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องผู้ใดไม่มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือไม่ส่งเอกสารหรือวัตถุใดแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๖๑ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท
