ส่วนที่ ๕ วินัยและการดำเนินการทางวินัย

ข้าราชการรัฐสภาสามัญผู้ใดกระทำผิดวินัย จะต้องได้รับโทษทางวินัย เว้นแต่มีเหตุอันควรงดโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในส่วนนี้ โทษทางวินัยมี ๕ สถาน ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ภาคทัณฑ์
(๒) ตัดเงินเดือน
(๓) ลดเงินเดือน
(๔) ปลดออก
(๕) ไล่ออก
