Section 4 ประมวลรัษฎากร
ลักษณะ ๑ ข้อความเบื้องต้น
(๑) ให้ใช้หรือให้ยกเลิกแสตมป์ โดยกำหนดให้นำมาแลกเปลี่ยนกับแสตมป์ที่ใช้ได้ภายในเวลาและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด แต่ต้องให้เวลาไม่น้อยกว่าหกสิบวัน
(๒) กำหนดกิจการอื่นเพื่อปฏิบัติการตามประมวลรัษฎากรนี้
กฎกระทรวงนั้น เมื่อได้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาแล้วให้ใช้บังคับได้
