Section 4 สัตต ประมวลรัษฎากร

ลักษณะ ๑ ข้อความเบื้องต้น

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๔ อัฏฐ ใบผ่านภาษีอากรให้มีอายุใช้ได้สิบห้าวันนับแต่วันออก ถ้ามีการขอต่ออายุใบผ่านภาษีอากรก่อนสิ้นอายุ อธิบดีหรือผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจะต่ออายุให้อีกสิบห้าวันก็ได้
