Section 10 พระราชบัญญัติรักษาคลอง รัตนโกสินทรศก 121

ถ้าคลองใดได้จัดการซ่อมแซมและรักษาให้เป็นการสะดวกแก่การไปมาของมหาชนแล้ว ให้เสนาบดีกระทรวงเกษตราธิการ มีอำนาจที่จะตั้งกฎข้อบังคับกำหนดพิกัดอัตรา เก็บค่ารักษาคลองนั้น ๆ จากเรือแพที่อาไศรย์ไปมา ในคลองนั้นได้ตามเห็นสมควร และให้มีอำนาจที่จะเลิกหรือจะเปลี่ยนแปลงพิกัดอัตรานั้นเมื่อใดอย่างใดได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร
