Section 9 พระราชบัญญัติรักษาคลอง รัตนโกสินทรศก 121

ห้ามมิให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดกระทำให้คลองและฝั่งคลอง หรือถนนหลวงเสียไปด้วยประการใด ๆ ถ้าผู้ใดกระทำผิดต่อมาตรานี้ ให้ปรับผู้นั้นไม่เกิน ๒๐ บาท หรือจำคุกไม่เกินเดือนหนึ่ง หรือทั้งปรับและจำด้วยทั้งสองสถาน และต้องทำสิ่งซึ่งเสียหายให้คืนดีด้วยอีกโสด ๑
