หมวด ๒ การขออนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาต
(๑) ใบอนุญาตผลิตอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะ
(๒) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้าอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะ
(๓) ใบอนุญาตขายอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะ ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตตาม (๑) เป็นผู้รับใบอนุญาตตาม (๓) สำหรับอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะที่ตนผลิต และผู้รับใบอนุญาตตาม (๒) เป็นผู้รับใบอนุญาตตาม (๓) สำหรับอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะที่ตนนำเข้าด้วย
