หมวด ๒ การขออนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาต

ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๒ ให้ใช้ได้ในระยะเวลาดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ใบอนุญาตผลิตอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะให้ใช้ได้สามปีนับแต่วันที่ออกใบอนุญาต
(๒) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้าอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะให้ใช้ได้หนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่ออกใบอนุญาต
(๓) ใบอนุญาตขายอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะให้ใช้ได้จนถึงวันสิ้นปีปฏิทินแห่งปีที่ออกใบอนุญาต
