หมวด ๓ การจัดระบบน้ำเพื่อเกษตรกรรม

ในเขตการจัดระบบน้ำเพื่อเกษตรกรรม ห้ามมิให้ใช้ที่ดินเพื่อประโยชน์อย่างอื่นที่มิใช่เกษตรกรรม เว้นแต่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากคณะกรรมการจัดรูปที่ดินกลางหรือผู้ซึ่งคณะกรรมการจัดรูปที่ดินกลางมอบหมาย
