เงินหลวงที่เก็บภาษีอากรได้ก็ดี หรือที่ได้จากประเภทอื่นก็ดี ซึ่งจะต้องนำส่งพระคลัง เป็นหน้าที่ของกรมการอำเภอที่จะรักษาและนำส่งถึงพระคลัง
