หมวด ๕ นายทะเบียนและพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่
(๑) หอพักไม่เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามมาตรา ๒๘ หรือมาตรา ๓๔ (๒) ผู้ประกอบกิจการหอพักขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๓๕
