หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป
(๑) สถานที่ทำการหน่วยงานของรัฐ
(๒) ท่าอากาศยาน ท่าเรือ สถานีรถไฟ หรือสถานีขนส่งสาธารณะ
(๓) โรงพยาบาล สถานศึกษา และศาสนสถาน
(๔) สถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุลของรัฐต่างประเทศ หรือสถานที่ทำการองค์การระหว่างประเทศ
(๕) สถานที่อื่นตามที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
