หมวด ๒ การจดแจ้งและการรับจดแจ้งเครื่องสำอาง
(๑) เครื่องสำอางนั้นไม่ปลอดภัยในการใช้ตามมาตรา ๒๘ (๒) เครื่องสำอางนั้นใช้ชื่อไปในทำนองโอ้อวด ไม่สุภาพ หรืออาจทำให้เข้าใจผิดจากความจริง
(๓) เครื่องสำอางที่ใช้ชื่อไม่เหมาะสมกับวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของไทยหรือส่อไปในทางทำลายคุณค่าของภาษาไทย
