Section 28 พระราชบัญญัติเครื่องสำอาง พ.ศ. 2558
หมวด ๔ การควบคุมเครื่องสำอาง
(๑) เครื่องสำอางที่ผลิตหรือใช้ภาชนะบรรจุไม่ถูกสุขลักษณะอันอาจเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้ใช้
(๒) เครื่องสำอางที่มีสารอันสลายตัวได้รวมอยู่ด้วยและอาจทำให้เกิดเป็นพิษอันเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้ใช้
(๓) เครื่องสำอางที่มีสิ่งที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้ใช้เจือปนอยู่ด้วย
(๔) เครื่องสำอางที่มีวัตถุที่ห้ามใช้เป็นส่วนผสมในการผลิตเครื่องสำอางตามมาตรา ๖ (๒)
