(๑) เครื่องสำอางที่ไม่ปลอดภัยในการใช้
(๒) เครื่องสำอางปลอม
(๓) เครื่องสำอางผิดมาตรฐาน
(๔) เครื่องสำอางที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศห้ามตามมาตรา ๖ (๑)
(๕) เครื่องสำอางที่ถูกสั่งเพิกถอนใบรับจดแจ้งตามมาตรา ๓๖ หรือมาตรา ๓๗
