หมวด ๔ สภาพการจ้าง

ในกรณีที่เจ้าของเรือให้คนประจำเรือทำงานล่วงเวลา ให้เจ้าของเรือจ่ายค่าล่วงเวลาให้แก่คนประจำเรือในอัตราไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งจุดสองห้าเท่าของอัตราค่าจ้างต่อชั่วโมงตามจำนวนชั่วโมงที่ทำงานล่วงเวลา
